Quality of ICME Signature: 0 (weak signatures)
Note: Sudden increase in B_total to >10nT with some rotation seen in magnetic field parameters. This may be the glancing blow arrival of the CME first visible in SOHO LASCO C2 at 2023-09-01T03:24Z, but the arrival signature is weak. This arrival was not clearly detected at DSCOVR and ACE at L1.
